I am posting a picture of the 4th addition of this book because I believe that it is very important for expectant mothers to get the most up to date information they possibly can. I personally had a copy of the 3rd edition two years ago when my daughter was born - but I can tell you right now that if I were to get pregnant today I would go out and buy this updated copy and just transfer over any notes I made in the old version!

This book has a great month by month guide to your pregnancy and is written out mostly in the question and answer format. I think that is a PERFECT way to do this! I can glance through questions and see exactly the information I am looking for. Because if someone were to hand me a 600+ page book about pregnancy that was just written like normal chapters, then you could bet it would still be up on a shelf somewhere gathering dust!!
