Makes you proud to be an American

It tells the truth about what happened without going into great detail. "But then on September 11, 2001 something so huge and horrible happened that the whole world shook." ... "Two airplanes crashed into the Twin Towers. CRASHED, CRASHED, CRASHED into these two strong buildings."

As a parent this book will give you the goosebumps every time you read it, and you can't help but be patriotic and hopefully pass that on to your kids.

Parents will love it

Definitely a twist on the typical sleeping beauty fairy tale. This book shows children that inner-beauty is what is important in an easy to understand story, that tells about why the mean princess may be beautiful but it is the nice girl that makes the friends, the right decisions, and ultimately gets the prince! Overall, a fun alternative to the old fairy tale.

Not so stinky!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful
I love you, Stinky Face! Is a GREAT book. It was the first book I bought when I was pregnant with my first child and I have read it ever since she was in my belly! (now she is four and we still love it) There are funny and sweet parts and the illustrations are superb. It helps my children expand their imagination by making up our own "stinky face" characters and assuring each other we will always love our family NO MATTER WHAT!
